Bradly, Kim, and Cameron were AMAZING! We had to have our whole house repiped. They were all very polite, professional, and very personable, even giving our dogs love and answering the millions of questions from our 4 year old. They all worked so hard to get this big job done quickly. They also made sure to clean up after themselves well. I appreciate their work and service very much! It speaks volumes of this company when you overhear their technicians talking to one another about how much they LOVE working for this company and couldn't imagine ever going anywhere else! Absolutely great experience! Our water heater was leaking everywhere. We were recommended to them and they did everything to help us. From explaining over the phone how to stop the leak. To coming out in with a new water heater in an exceptional amount of time. Our technician came out and he was super friendly. Did it in a timely manner and got our hot water going again. Thank you!!!! Hot showers again haha. Yay!! 😁

Justus did a fantastic job removing a major clog in my home’s sewer pipe and went above and beyond to make sure each drain worked, toilet wax ring replaced even though after hours!

Hands-down, the service that I received from this company today was excellent! Absolutely excellent, from talking to the dispatcher to talking to the technician, I felt heard and I felt like they weren’t trying to rip me off… I can’t say more! I’m so happy I found them, I will definitely continue to use them.

I can’t say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Paradise for my HVAC needs. We have a short term rental that was getting too hot and all other Air contractors (many known Pensacola HVAC companies) checked our A/C and claimed there was nothing wrong and the system just needed a cleaning. Meanwhile none of them would go under the home in the crawlspace to check the ductwork. After an automated billing from the power company in the winter 100 times higher than a similar property across the street was debited from my account I knew I had to fly in from abroad to get to the bottom of it. The FL Power man who inspected the system told me about Paradise because I asked if he knew any HVAC contractors who will actually check on the ductwork in the crawlspace. He said he Just worked with Paradise on a property that he physically saw them crawl under to work on and he gave me their number. Andrew form Paradise got me on the schedule right away. Jake came out and used an infrared camera to show me all the holes in the ductwork. We were heating and cooling all the animals getting into the crawl space for over a year! Tons of holes and deterioration. Not to mention the air handler and freon…basically everything was an mis match. Shame on all the other air-conditioning contractors who kept saying our HVAC system was fine. Paradise got us a quote quickly and worked to get our HVAC up to par. Every technician I worked with, Jayson, who ran the replacement project, Nate, Matt, and Jake was respectful, extremely informative and did an amazing job! The people I only spoke to over the phone in the office were also extremely helpful. Paradise made sure that I was extremely happy with the job. I’m relieved I FINALLY found a contractor in Pensacola that actually understands real customer service! I’m quite tired of subpar or downright terrible work served up with southern hospitality and a fake smile to take my money…which is the norm in this region. With Paradise I got professionalism and fantastic workmanship…fast! - Paradise got us on the schedule quickly. - Everything was quoted up front and clearly laid out - They use service master so I don’t waste my time waiting for hours. You get a text when the technician is on the way. - They do thorough, great work. - They treat me like a customer and not like someone on a list that they’ll get to when it’s convenient. - They are a modern company! - The technicians are professional, honest and friendly. I highly recommend Paradise Home Services for HVAC, plumbing and I hope they add more services because I’d use them for all of my home repair needs if I could!

Paradise Home Services made 3 separate plumbing calls to my house during a recent bathroom project. Two calls were planned as part of the project, one wasn't. When I called to request the unplanned work, I was scheduled for the very next day!
